Join us for a restorative half-day retreat created for wellness professionals of all modalities—a chance to step away from the demands of caregiving, reconnect with yourself, and replenish your mind, body, and spirit.

Together, we'll create a welcoming space where you don't need to have the answers or carry the weight of others. We'll slow down, breathe, rest, share in meaningful conversation, and enjoy nourishing food in community.

At this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to experience an intentional rotation through three healing modalities, each facilitated by an established holistic healing practitioner. Together, these experiences are designed to invite reflection, connection, and renewal.
