Ground and Grow is a coaching group for adults navigating mental health, substance use, or eating disorder recovery who want support managing everyday challenges as they arise — including social anxiety, emotional triggers, boundaries, stress, and connection.
We focus on emotional regulation, building social confidence, and learning practical tools you can apply immediately in real-life situations.
The healing that comes from a coaching group offers a unique level of support and accountability. Groups create an environment of shared experience, mutual encouragement, and meaningful connection.
At HCS, we do not offer therapy groups. Instead, we provide life skills groups designed to complement the individual work clients are already doing with their therapist or coach. Our groups emphasize practical, real-world skills and are led by experienced coaches (some of whom hold master’s-level credentials).
You do not need to be a current HCS client to participate. Our groups are open to the public, with no prerequisites other than a one-month commitment.
