About Darcy
Darcy Meehan is a modern day death doula who helps people navigate life’s most tender thresholds with clarity, compassion and grounded support. Her work blends practical end-of-life planning with emotional and spiritual care. She creates space not only for preparation, but for greater peace and presence right now.
A core pillar of Darcy’s approach is addressing the anxiety many of us carry around death, uncertainty and the unknown. By gently bringing structure to what often feels overwhelming, she offers a grounded approach to living well by preparing for what we often avoid, helping people feel more steady, informed and at ease in their daily lives.
Darcy works with those who already know what will bring order and ease but haven’t yet taken steps to prepare yet, as well as those who don’t know where to begin but know it matters to start. Through thoughtful presence and educated experience, she supports people in moving from hesitation to action in ways that feel grounding and meaningful.
What Darcy knows for sure is this: there is a way to feel more at ease in life today and that’s by tending to what’s ahead of us, consciously.
